Sample Activities and Instructions

Gather materials. Decide on making a necklace or bracelet. Measure and cut string accordingly.
Tie a toothpick on one end of the string and tie a knot on the other side. The knot should be big enough to stop the cereal and fruit from coming off the string.
Over a paper plate, attach the fruit, cereal, and raisins onto string using a toothpick. We can explore different patterns and sequences during this step.
Put your creation around your wrist or neck (with enough room for comfort!). Tie both ends of string and take out the toothpick
Model your creation and then eat up!
